Her success as a REALTOR® led to the opening of her own brokerages and expanding into the field of business coaching. She was responsible for devising sales training programs and curriculums to build strategic teams, and instilling accountability and profitability in more than 250 agents which resulted in sales of over $1 billion annually.

Most recently, Lorna makes her year-round home on Peaks Island, and serves as an independent Business Coach for Tom Ferry International, as well as a Regional Manager and Broker Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty for NH, ME and MA.
